Returns and Exchanges
Orders may be returned so long as:
The order is not a custom made or personalized product
The order is new, unused and in the original packaging
The order is returned within 15 days of receipt
The order was not purchased on final sale

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, excluding non-refundable shipping costs.
Please note refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping and Payment
Bella Carta Paper ships all orders with either USPS or FedEx. Shipping costs will be $6.95 for standard 7-10 days shipping. 2-day shipping will $19.95. Any total purchase over $75, excluding taxes, will qualify for free shipping.
Personalized orders typically take 2-3 weeks to create and ship. If your order is time sensitive please contact me before placing your order to make sure I can accommodate your needs. If you order additional items with personalized items, they will be shipped at the same time as the personalized items. Custom orders will be decided on a case by case basis.
If you do not receive your package in a timely manner after it was marked sent, please double check with the post office or your local FedEx facility. Also check with a neighbor or front office to see if the package was left there. If the package is lost please contact as soon as possible for further resolution. We are not responsible for packages shipped with the incorrect address input at checkout.
I only collect the personal information you choose to provide. When you place an order some of your personal information is required, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. The information you submit will never be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other entity for any reason whatsoever, other than the purpose of delivering the purchased product.
